“A press release from the Centennial School District reports that an attempted child abduction allegedly took place Monday morning near the Station at Bucks County complex on Jacksonville Road.
According to reports, a dark-skinned man, age 40 to 50 years old with a goatee and driving a light blue minivan approached a fourth grader and asked if he needed a ride to school. The nine-year-old

said no and that his bus was coming, and the man drove away.”

“A 14-year-old boy, a student at Penn Ridge High School, got away unharmed, then called police. This is the second day in a row of a report involving a white van trying to abduct children, reported Fox 29’s Sean Tobin. The white van in Thursday’s incident fitted a similar description of a van used in an attempted child luring in Sellersville Wednesday. There is no confirmation if the two events are connected. Perkasie police say the van had some distinct details. It had windows on the back, but no windows on the side.
